David has been aiming to keep his body fat down, while becoming more toned and stronger. So we have been combining strength and muscular endurance training together. We train twice per week and we always try and keep the same days and times. This is a great thing to do, because it keeps you in a routine and you’re more likely to stay consistent for a longer period of time. Being in a routine is crucial folks, if you’re wanting to commit to your fitness. If you find yourself determined for a short while, then lose interest a couple weeks down the line, you may want to change things up or look into personal training yourself!
