Khelda is a hard-core gym goer who trains on a day to day basis, her work ethic is second to none and she is always prepared to take on whatever challenge is delivered to her on the day.
We are currently working towards putting more lean muscle mass on. Fortunately for Khleda her body fat percentage is already low so she is at a great starting point!

On the other hand, if you find yourself carrying excessive bodyfat/ overweight, yet your desired goal is to look muscular while having a smaller waistline, you would have to approach this goal differently and focus more on reducing your body fat first.
