It can provide the fundamental stepping stones to your new-found health that you’ve been looking for, and know you need to act on. This plan will help you to reduce body fat and increase lean muscle tissue. This plan is split up into 3 different phases which last 4-6 weeks each, consisting of 4-day training splits involving a mixture of body weight, cardio & weight training routines. The first phase is predominately condition based, the following 4 weeks is upper body focused & the last 4 weeks is lower body focused.

If you want to create balance between your gym life & lifestyle with regular intense sessions, while making your own time in the gym more efficient, then this plan is for you.

This plan will help you improve your athletic performance, while taking your physique to the next level. This plan is split up into 3 different phases which last 4-5 weeks each, consisting of 5-day training splits involving a mixture of weight training, conditioning & cardio routines. The first phase is predominantly upper body focused, the following 4 weeks is lower body focused & the last 4 weeks is condition based.

This plan is for advanced males & the very toughest of females who are serious about taking their athletic performance to a very high standard. This plan is split up into 3 different phases which last 4 weeks each, consisting of 6-day training splits involving a mixture of conditioning, weight training & cardio routines. The first phase is predominantly upper body focused, the following 4 weeks is lower body focused & the last 4 weeks is condition based. Not for the faint hearted!
